Terms of use.

Ifriqiya Soccer Star connects football players with recruiters, clubs, academies and agents. A player builds a sporting profile, adds videos and photos to it, and can register for scouting days (Scout Days). A professional searches profiles, views them and can get in touch.

We provide a platform that puts people in contact. We are not an agent, not an employer, and not a party to any agreement you reach with a club, an academy or an agent met through it.

• You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. An inaccurate sporting profile distorts recruiters' work.
• Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for everything that happens on it.
• A player account is verified with an identity document; a professional account with supporting documents. Until that verification succeeds, some features remain closed.
• We may refuse, suspend or close an account whose information is false, whose documents cannot be verified, or which breaches these rules.

• Impersonating someone else, or claiming a professional capacity you do not have.
• Posting hateful, violent, sexual or defamatory content, or content that invades someone's privacy.
• Harassing, threatening or persistently soliciting another user, in particular a minor.
• Posting content you do not hold the rights to, notably match footage belonging to a third party.
• Scraping the service's data, circumventing its technical limits, or disrupting its operation.

Your photos, videos, posts and messages remain yours. You only grant us the right to host and display them within the service so that it works: showing your profile to a recruiter, playing a video, delivering a message.

You warrant that you hold the rights to what you post, and that you have the agreement of any identifiable people appearing in it.

Any content and any account can be reported from the app. We may hide content while a report is being handled, then restore or remove it.

Reporting someone from the messaging screen makes that conversation readable by moderation: it is the only way to handle a harassment report. The detail is in the privacy policy.

A Scout Day is organised by a professional, who sets its date, place, capacity and eligibility criteria. You can only register if your profile meets those criteria. The organiser may confirm, refuse, mark attendance and write an assessment; they choose whether to publish it to the assessed player.

We do not organise these days and we do not guarantee that they will take place, what they will contain, or what follows from them.

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules, and we will tell you unless the law forbids it. How long data is kept after closure is set out in the privacy policy.

The service is provided as is. We do what is needed to keep it available and secure, without being able to guarantee it will never be interrupted or contain errors. We are not responsible for recruitment decisions, for agreements reached between users, or for one user's behaviour towards another.

The name Ifriqiya Soccer Star, its logo, its visual identity and the service itself are protected. These terms transfer no rights in them to you.

These terms may change. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. The date at the top of this page shows the last update; continuing to use the service means accepting the version in force.
